A balanced blend of dry-roasted unsalted peanuts & dry-roasted unsalted almonds with nothing else added. Created & designed to be a low sodium, low sugar alternative to your average nut butter. 100% Vegan. Enjoyed sweet or savory. Sometimes I will sweeten it up with a little honey and/or add it straight to a stir-fry or rice bowl. Very versatile, so feel free to use your imagination with this one


Let your imagination run wild. I did and that’s how I found out that The Health Nut mixed into my rice bowl, stir-fry or used as a burger-topper is delicious. A few common uses for any of the flavors are:

Eating with a banana, apple, celery; mixing into yogurt, oatmeal, farina, ice cream; or the good ol’ fashion take a spoon to it and dig right in.

    exactly tastes like as it is. nothing speical about it, but it’s delcious if you are looking for a sugar free version or just a simple blend of peanuts and almonds. it’s good.

    Health Nut 5150 is an awesome addition to some traditional meals. I tried it with celery and now my office snack is complete, giving me the protein and fresh boost I need to keep me going, compared to the other snacks that slow you down.
